Pest Worx Ops (the "app") is provided by Pest Worx SA for use by its own owners, office staff and pest control staff members. By signing in you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The app is built and maintained on our behalf by Jodevelops.

The app is a private internal business tool. You may use it only to carry out work for Pest Worx SA: managing client records, creating and updating bookings, assigning jobs, recording job progress and communicating with clients about their appointments. Any other use, including personal or commercial use outside Pest Worx SA, is not permitted.

Accounts are created by a Pest Worx SA administrator. You are responsible for everything done under your account. Keep your password confidential, do not share your login, and tell us immediately if you believe someone else has used your account. We may suspend or remove an account at any time, for example when someone leaves the business or misuses the app.

You must not attempt to access records you are not authorised to see, interfere with or attempt to breach the app's security, copy or export client information for use outside Pest Worx SA, upload unlawful or offensive content, or use the app in any way that breaks South African law.

Client details in the app belong to Pest Worx SA and its clients. When you capture, view or use client information you must do so only for the job at hand, keep it confidential, and follow the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA) and our Privacy Policy. Do not send client information to anyone outside the business without authorisation.

We aim to keep the app available, but it depends on third-party hosting, notification and email services and on your device and internet connection. The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may change, suspend or withdraw features at any time. Always confirm critical appointment details directly with the client if anything looks wrong.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pest Worx SA and Jodevelops are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app, including missed appointments, lost data or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under South African law.

You may delete your own account at any time from Settings → Delete my account in the app. Deletion removes your login and personal information; business records such as bookings and client service history are retained by Pest Worx SA. The full steps and what is kept are set out in section 8 of our Privacy Policy. We may also terminate your access when your relationship with Pest Worx SA ends or when these terms are breached.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
